About Business Administration

The USU Huntsman MBA prepares students to manage business in a variety of areas, setting them apart in their current career field or once they enter the workforce. Students from all backgrounds and undergraduate degrees can earn an MBA.

USU's Huntsman School of Business started offering degrees in 1894 and employs faculty with real-world experience. The hands-on curriculum delivered by world-renowned faculty gives students the education they need to land the career they want. The school has long held prestigious accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International.

The mission of the MBA program is to provide students with a relevant and rigorous background in business, increase student problem-solving and critical analysis skills, and develop the next generation of business leaders. Students are trained to lead, manage, and improve business performance. Students learn how to commercialize profitable ideas more efficiently, economically, and successfully. They possess the know-how to improve existing businesses and create new businesses, and are armed with cutting-edge intelligence and analytic tools to gain a deeper and clearer understanding of both domestic and global markets, customers, and competition.
